Luxafor integration with Slack

Signing in and adding our Slack app

We have made the process of authentication with Slack quick and easy. Open our

desktop application, head to the Slack integration, and click “Sign in with Slack”.

Once you’ve authenticated, click “Add app to Slack” if you (or your workspace)

haven’t added it yet.

That’s it — you’re all set to use the Slack integration!

To get started, open our Slack app home. There, you’ll find two buttons you can use

to manually change the color of your devices or update your Insights status.

You can also use the following Slack shortcuts in any text channel:

After signing in, every Slack status you use will automatically appear in your

Luxafor application.

Within the Slack integration, you can assign a predefined color to each unique emoji

and status combination. Every time you use that status again, your devices will switch

to the associated color.

You can even send statuses back to Slack directly from our application — so you can

change your Slack status without having to open Slack!
